What a pain in the foot...

Every now and then I think to myself.... "Hey...I don't need to wear my orthotics. I'll just slip these shoes/thongs/sandals on" 2 days later, my foot (or feet) is so freaking painful I have to hobble around like a grandpa. I really don't know what the problem is exactly, but all I know is that my foot really doesn't like it when I don't wear my innersole things. I get a huge pain, either on the inner arch, or coming up from my big toe. It pulses. It throbs. It hurts like a bitch. And then it's finished and I can walk again. I'm falling apart I tell you, and I haven't even reached 30 yet!
