The Contracting world...
So, I start my new job in under 2 weeks.
I am entering the big bad world of IT Contracting. I am not quite sure what to expect yet, but I am hoping that I enjoy it and that it extends further than the initial 3 months!
I have been told that as long as I don't fuck up, that shouldn't be a problem, but it is a risk for me, going from a permanent job to a 3 month contract, what with 3 kids and all.....
But hey...hopefully it'll be worth it and I won't have much trouble finding other contracts out there...
Anyone out there done contracting and know of any pitfalls, and things to look out for?
