Internet Voting Chaos...

It's been a while between posts, and I apologise for that. Life can get hectic in one way or another and things start to slip through the cracks. But the thing that you can't ever let slip through the cracks, is your family. Work is one thing, and although I'v ebeen fairly busy, it's been fine. But I am waiting on news regarding my job, and that is what has been weighing on my mind for the last few weeks. Watch this space for news soon! So today I have a little time to write something. And what better to write about today, than the US elections that are happening as I type this. The current 'score' is 193 for Bush, 112 for Kerry. It doesn't look good. Not good at all. But I have been reassured that there are plenty more states to be counted, and the polling places are not even closed in the western states yet. I am nervous...but also angry. Angry that so many people want to vote for him. Why??? I will be watching CNN tonight to find out what's going on, but I already get the feeling I am going to start throwing things before too long. In some ways I think I'd be more angry about Bush winning than Howards win. Bush is just incompetent, homophobic, elitist and stupid to boot. I just don't understand why people would vote for him...can anyone shed light, other than the 'We are at war with terror' crap? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
